Should Bacolod Parents Send Their Kids To DLSU To Take Senior High?

Here is something interesting to consider.  The question goes this way : Should Bacolod Parents Send Their Kids To DLSU To Take Senior High?

This year, 2016, will be the first year that we will ever see Grade 11 applied, under the new K12 system.  For most Bacolod-based parents, they will still let their current Grade 10 sons and daughters continue with their schooling in USLS, St. Scho, Hua Ming, or Tay Tung for the next 2 years and then, apply for 1st year college in DLSU.

Bacolod parents, you may want to consider this : you might as well let your child take senior high, Grade 11 and 12 already in DLSU.  If you wait it out two years down the line, the kids may have stiff competition with all the graduates who will then attempt to be admitted in Taft.
DLSU Senior High School Manila graduates will be guaranteed acceptance to the University (provided that the student should meet the grade requirements for his or her preferred undergraduate program).

Sure, you may say, "Te wala pa sila katapos!".  Technically, yes, wala katapos but, when you come to think of it, when they are done with Grade 10 this March, they would be "ready" for Manila life just as if they graduated from high school under the former system.  Age-wise they would be ready.

I am only making this post because maybe the parents could be blindsided given the changes under the new K-12 system.

So, "Should Bacolod Parents Send Their Kids To DLSU To Take Senior High?" .  The answer depends really on the separation tolerance of the parents.
